Overview
LEGITLY offers two categories of products, and the return and refund terms depend on which you ordered. This policy explains both and forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. Custom, White-Label, and White-Glove Labels
These are holographic labels that LEGITLY designs and produces in collaboration with a brand—including working directly with the brand’s marketing team to ensure its branding guidelines are met. Our standard process is the same for every custom order:
- We first produce a test order so the brand can review and approve the final design in its complete, finished form.
- Only after the brand has approved the finalized design do we produce and fulfill the full order, using funds received from the client.
Because each custom order is produced only after the brand has reviewed and approved the finalized design, custom, white-label, and white-glove label orders are non-refundable. This does not affect your rights regarding defective or non-functioning products described in Section 3.
2. LEGITLY Default Labels (Including Our Amazon Store)
For our standard, off-the-shelf LEGITLY labels—including those purchased through our Amazon store—the following applies:
- 30-day returns. You may return the labels within 30 days of delivery for a free, no-questions-asked refund.
- After 30 days. Refunds are no longer available, except where the labels are defective or do not function as intended (see Section 3).
3. Defective or Non-Functioning Products
Regardless of category or the 30-day window, if a label is defective or does not perform its intended authentication function from a technical standpoint, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. We may ask for your order number and basic information about the issue so we can verify and resolve it.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
For orders placed with LEGITLY directly, contact us at info@legitly.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For orders placed through our Amazon store, please start the request through your Amazon account, which is governed by Amazon’s returns process.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Returns & Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted here is current and governs your purchase until it is updated.
