This page explains how to reach Legitly™ for help with verification, your account, your brand dashboard, white-label setup, and API integration. Support is provided subject to our Terms of Service.
2. How to Get Support
You can reach our team in the following ways:

3. Brand Technical Assistance
Verified brands that meet our eligibility requirements receive specialized technical assistance, including help setting up their system, provisioning a white-label subdomain, and completing API integration performed by a member of our team. Eligibility, hosting requirements, and the one-time integration fee are described on the API Access page. Brand verification is required before technical assistance and API access are provided.
4. Scope of Support
Support covers questions about using the Services, verification results, account and billing matters, label orders, dashboard features, and brand integration for eligible customers. Support does not include legal, customs, appraisal, or investigative services, and a verification result is not a legal determination of authenticity. Support availability and response times may vary based on plan, eligibility, volume, and the nature of the request, and are provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis without any guaranteed response or resolution time unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Reporting Counterfeits and Security Issues
If you discover suspected counterfeiting, tampering, code duplication, circumvention, or a security vulnerability, please notify us promptly at info@legitly.com and, where applicable, through your dashboard. Your cooperation obligations and our enforcement rights are described in the Anti-Counterfeit Agreement. Please do not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate it.
6. Changes to This Page
We may update this Support page from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Support channels and availability may change.
